Today’s alloy wheels are much bigger than a few years ago – 19”, 20”,21”,22” come standard on premium cars and they are much heavier than 15”, 16”,17”,18” for example.

From an alloy wheel refurbishment perspective, it’s more difficult to carry them around especially in and out the conventional box oven, our oven has been designed to reduce the manual heavy lifting of the hot and heavy wheels. With our system, you will prepare, paint and cure the wheel on one trolley without the need of removing the wheel.
